We are revolutionising ‘Work From Home' by providing a ready made remote workforce for clients that require admin, data entry and dispatching services. If you have experience in the Business Process Outsourcing space, and you are looking for a new challenge to help build the largest remote workforce in Thailand, then this is for you.
Who you are and whom we’re seeking:
- You have solid experience of 3-5 years in Sales/Business Development with a proven track record of successfully selling in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, including but not limited to services of CX management, Contact center, KYC, Back Office.
- You are a hunter. You are self motivated, driven to win, and not afraid to take a “no”. You take pride in your ability to consistently achieve your sales targets.- You truly understand your customers. You keep up with how they operate. You observe and recognize their pain points and needs. You know how your solution compares to other options in the market. You tailor your approach (and our product) to the customers. - You are a superstar when it comes to strategic selling, with unparalleled presentation and negotiation skills.- You are an exceptional communicator. You are a Thai national and are fluent in both Thai and English, whether written or verbal; you are a brilliant listener, too!
Being a BPO BD Manager at Workmate: Building trust, growing our client base and disrupting the manpower space client by clients by
- Contact target clients (outbound sales) in BPO space, understanding their needs and delivering service levels beyond their expectations.- Design and execute the strategic sales plan, including but not limited to prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing for securing new clients- Establish and maintain robust relationships with all related parties through either telephone or face-to-face meetings.- Achieve company and team objectives through effective sales planning, achieving individual sales target and goal.- Generate leads within the target industries, build and nurture client relationships.- Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and keep up to date on business trends that may impact client business activities.- Use CRM system and other sales tools to keep tracking easy and accessible for the organization.- Lead from the front in being a team player and give full cooperation in assisting in other job-related duties as assigned.- Being flexible and adaptable to any environment or changes happening in the sector.- Being an expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
