XPONENTIAL, a joint venture between Siam Piwat Group and Pivot Digital, is redefining the game in digital user experiences. Stationed next to the Siam BTS, we're the masterminds behind the ONESIAM SUPERAPP and are on a mission to build a kick-ass SaaS platform.
We're Hiring Backend Dev Team Lead to drive the next generation SaaS Platform!
Responsibilities• Design and develop business logic, frameworks, and APIs using Java, Scala, Go, or NodeJS.• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured code for backend applications and services.• Deliver consistently high-quality work products with high test coverage on time as planned.• Collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering/CTO and Product Owner• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development and deployment process.• Conduct code reviews and share knowledge regularly with your team members.• Inspire team members to continuously improve their skills and passion for building our business platform and products.• Manage and lead the backend development team(s) to achieve division's goals and foster a productive team culture.
Qualifications• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Dev and 1 year as dev lead.• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Scala, Go, and NodeJS,• Solid understanding of server-side application development, microservice architecture, and API design principles.• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing tools.• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure is a plus.• Familiarity with Agile software development and methodologies.• Excellent communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
