Responsibilities :• Leading the strategic development and execution of communications and media relations initiatives for Thailand, in partnership with PR agency partners and country communications lead in various markets.• Working with cross-functional internal stakeholders, to understand the overall product, operations, marketing and partnerships imperatives with an objective of aligning them with the market's communications objectives and initiatives.• Partnering with global and regional communications team members to build communications strategies, and campaigns, that promote and enhance the overall reputation of ByteDance and all its brands.• Developing and maintaining strong press relationships and network in Thailand Working with reporters on a daily basis, juggling a combination of proactive and reactive communications efforts that protect and enhance our reputation.• Inspiring, guiding and partnering with PR agency teams to deliver business and communication results.• Managing the PR budget for Thailand along with its effective allocation to support business goals• Working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Minimum Qualifications :• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.• Professional corporate communications experience with extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration.• Excellent strategic, analytical, and verbal communication skills.• Deep understanding of and passion for tech policy and Industry in Thailand.• Established relationships with tech, business, and consumer media.
Preferred Qualifications:• Adapting well under pressure and is motivated in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting.• Candidates with experience in communications agency experience prior are - preferred.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
