The RoleThis is a full-time Marketing Executive role at CETA Worldwide Education located in Bangkok. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of driving marketing strategies for our business. You’ll need to be creative, analytical, and proactive in identifying new opportunities and will be responsible for market planning and market communication.
Principles DutiesImplement marketing strategies to promote products/ services and brand perception through online and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results (gain insight and assess against goals). • Analyse customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information.• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company website, youtube channel, TikTok, and etc.• Determine and manage the marketing budget. • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Qualifications/ Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field. • At least two years of working experience in Marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English.• Proficiency in MS office, marketing software, social media platforms, and web analytics. • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.• Excellent management, communication, and people skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
